Investor Payment Plans
We have two great options for you when you sign up with us to help with your portfolio:
Option A: Using our legal team, where we are in control and are in a great position to pursue the relevant parties at all times, we are pleased to offer a 20% / 40% / 40% split on the fee.
All fees are due before the next stage of the property purchase commences. The fees are a percentage of the total Acquisition Fee which is £5000. Please note once we are committed past stage 1, any payments made are non-refundable. This is because by now we have already spent a considerable amount of time on your project and of course we need to be paid for it.
Option B: Using your own legal team, where it is your responsibility every step of the way the fee payable to us is £5000 lump sum, payable on the day you appoint us to search and acquire a property for you. When paying in full, upfront, we lodge your monies in a holding account for a period of 16 weeks. In the unlikely event that we have not found a property for you, 100% of the fee paid will be refunded.
